The basic mission of the Southeastern Illinois Agency on Aging, Inc., hereinafter referred to as SEIAOA, is to initiate and implement a comprehensive and coordinated service system which gives priority to those activities and services which have the greatest potential for meeting the needs of older persons within the planning and service area
